Winston Lloyd Jones

Win’s career was in banking and small business, from which he retired in 2007. He became involved with the Bali Eye Clinic/John Fawcett Foundation in 1992, when he served on the Rotary Committee of Management until the formation of The John Fawcett Foundation. He joined the Executive Board of The John Fawcett Foundation in 2002.

Win is responsible for the task of arranging the transfer of urgently required items from Perth to Bali. This entails regular contact with airlines to arrange excess baggage and frequent contact with John Fawcett and the Bali office.

Following the Foundation’s acquisition of a shipping container to transport donated equipment to Bali, Win has been actively involved in the collection and storage of donated goods and the subsequent loading and dispatch of the container from Australia to Indonesia

Win, with his wife Margaret, has been a regular and frequent visitor to Bali since 1988. They thoroughly enjoy the association with JFF/YKI and look forward to being of assistance for many more years.
